Colombia Tourist "Boat Sinks" with 150 on board

A boat with 150 tourists on board has sunk in Colombia leaving dozens dead, according to reports. The boat went down on the Penol reservoir in the tourist town. At least 25 people are feared to have died after passengers failed to put on their life vests.
