Teenager Decapitated and Dismembered in Brazil

A 17 year old teen was decapitated and dismembered by Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) in the state of Acre, Brazil. The teen was a member of a rival gang, and was killed in revenge for the death of a PCC member’s brother.
